PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Taking project briefs from clients and developing conceptual sketches for discussion and implementation. We also do feasibility and development studies of each project to determine project suitability and advise the client appropriately.

Co-ordination by in house consultants of project supervision from commencement to completion. This entails cost control and projection during the execution of the works.
